We recently bought our first home and after the first heavy rainstorms of the year, we found water in our basement. Jim Nesbitt came out to inspect our foundation and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues clearly and helped us understand our options for repairs. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his guidance and honesty. My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

When we had FSM do the basement at our house in Warren, Brian Maike and his team were outstanding. I wish everyone I did business with was as polite and professional. When the city inspector came out, he told me: “I will inspect the work because it’s my job. But from experience I can tell you before I begin FSM has done everything as it should be done.” He took me through the inspection and the key points that substantiated his claim. When my daughter was recently considering the purchase of a home, her realtor pointed out FSM had waterproofed the basement. That was a contributing factor in her decision to purchase the home.
