From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.

We scheduled an appointment on the phone and throughout the scheduling process, the Groundworks team was very informative and communicative. Rich was my waterproofing expert and he was very friendly and professional. During the process he did an inspection and then presented the solutions while explaining the causes and the remedies for any and all issues. The cost is quite high but but there are financing options and it is a permanent waterproofing system. I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for a waterproof home.

Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. I will make sure that foundation systems of Michigan gets spread out. To every. Friend and family that.I know for the rest of my life

Just had FSM come for annual crawl space maintenance. I appreciate knowing my home is protected. The sump pump system, air quality along with central dehumidifier all work together to make my house a comfortable home to live in. Today's tech, Chad Tower, was a pleasure to deal with. The last line of her Groundworks signature block says everything you need to know about her: “Less Than Exceptional Is Not Acceptable.” There are a lot of moving parts to a foundation repair involving work crews, plumbers and government inspectors coming and going with varying degrees of commitment to customer service. Although I was new to all of this, Cynthia’s clear instructions, patience, and willingness to follow up on my questions demonstrated her commitment that all Groundworks employees should emulate.
