From first meeting Phil and discussing our foundation repair process and then the crew they sent to do the job, we have nothing but high praise. The job was not the simple project we thought and the crew worked through all the problems with determination to do the best job possible. Our thanks to Logan Rosas (foreman), Darius Currie, Isaac R, Aaron R, and Dave H for all their hard work. Instead of the one week they planned it extended into nearly five weeks of headaches! I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.

Without mentioning names, the 'other' company's sump system was incorrectly installed, causing sand to fill the bucket and the drain pipes. Not only did the basement flood, it created a bow on that east wall, weakening an existing bow. No response at all from 'them' to my pleas.So I called FSM – immediate response! Greg Q assessed the situation and stood by me as we resolved things, in stages of 3 visits. Sump bucket is now properly installed, drain system improved upon, basement floor trenches and finger drains to respond to hydrostatic pressure, wall anchors installed where needed. Each repair session consisted of a team of no-nonsense, in-sync, yet very approachable and very respectful hard workers. The house was spotless when they left, inside and out. These folks are serious problem solvers. And just like that, this house finally has a no-nonsense, in-sync dry basement and a solid foundation. Thank you FSM – Team Foreman and Team, and the very responsive and supportive Office, and most definitely, Thank you Greg Q.
