FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.

We have relied on FSM for over 10 years to keep our crawlspace dry and pristine. So when we added a small addition, we insisted they come and protect it to the same level as the rest of the crawl space. Bryant D., Gabe M., and Logan D., did an amazing job and even cleaned up the mess left by the contractor’s subs. We highly recommend this company and the work they do.

I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

I have used Foundation Systems of Michigan (now Groundworks) since 2014. They fixed foundation leaks back then and installed a new sump pump. Since then, I've had them out every year to service the pump and inspect the foundation. Their technicians are always excellent – professional and experienced. The technician who came out this year, Marshall, was fantastic. He had done prep work for the service call before arriving, which made the visit that much more efficient. The reasons for his recommendations were presented clearly. All in all, it was a visit that reinforced my strong positive view of Groundworks. I'm glad that I chose them over 10 years ago and will certainly continue to work with them in the future.

Teddy, Luis and Gerson are definitely the “A” team! They were on time, worked extremely hard, continued to keep me updated throughout the day, and cleaned up when they were done. Not only did they repair elements of prior work that was done improperly, but they also discovered and then repaired other improperly done installments. I have been with FSM (now Groundworks) for many many years. This team is certainly one of- if not THE best team I have ever had service my basement.

Nate Pierce & Noah W were both very kind. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained the process. Took their time doing the job. We're very friendly and added to the job. There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Top notch gentlemen to work with and represent a company! Round of applause to you both!

My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by FSM and the results are very impressive. The crew consisting of Tim, Kody, and Sid kept us informed all along the way. These guys attended to the work with diligence and care. They were thoughtful and took care that the work area was neat as well as our home. We can't thank them enough for the professional way they executed the project. When all was complete, I inspected the crawl space and was overwhelmed with the attention to detail and how meticulous Tim, Kody, and Sid are upon me seeing the results of their labor. These guys demonstrated a pride in what they do and it shows in the way they interacted with us. If anyone ever asks me about what to do about their crawl space I will certainly recommend FSM most strenuously and certain tell them if they get the work done, to ask for Tim, Kody, and Sid.
