I had my crawl space encapsulated and a support beam installed by FSM. Overall, the work was done well and my floor was level after the work they did. The only issue was the encapsulation of the sump pump and leveling of the dehumidifier. The original crew that came out put the dehumidifier of cardboard pieces from the box it came in rather than footings to keep it level. They also covered over our sump pumps completely which made then inaccessible and unable to function correctly so the sump actually overflowed and flooded the crawl space. I spoke with Amanda in the office who was so sweet, understanding, and efficient with getting another crew out to my home ASAP to fix the problem. Deshawn and Reggie came out and fixed the original issue, put the dehumidifier on risers to level it (had a laugh with me about the ridiculous state of it left by the original crew) and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. They advised me on how to access everything in the future while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulation. The two of them really made sure I was happy with the end product.

Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.

We just had the best experience with Alex! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Its hard to find a company that truly cares and backs their work up. Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. I met Brian Maike in August when he came to talk to me about the Aquastop Perimeter Drain System. A friend had already had 3 estimates on her basement and when Brian gave me the cost, it was a little lower and what sold me is the lifetime warranty on the home. David and his crew came out early on a Monday (Dom & Matt) and did a fantastic job making sure the dust from removal of the cement was taken care of and cleaned up afterwards. I noticed the musty smell which was causing mold was taken care of. After 2 inspections by my city, they returned on a Friday to cement the trench. (Eric instead of Matt this time.). They did a great job again carrying all the buckets of cement and again a great clean up job. I’ve already passed along their info because of the great job done by all 5 of them. Brian was very helpful with answering all my questions before, during and at the end of the job.

I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for about eight years now. When they installed my New sub pump. They have been very thorough, respectful, polite, and professional. Every time they’ve come out to do service checks since the install. You get what you pay for and they have definitely earned their cost to me. I would highly recommend them. Today a great Technician, Haytham, came out to my house and he was exactly as I described above. I can also say he was a great guest in my house I enjoyed talking with. Cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
