Groundworks, did an excellent job for us, & Will IRVINE was very responsive, in finding us, service Technician, Tim Hooper to come out quickly to help us, & inatall a new sump pump when we had ground water in our lower level. Our old sump pump gave out, & we needed help ASAP! THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND! We will always recommend this company!

Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

We just had the best experience with Alex! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Its hard to find a company that truly cares and backs their work up. Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. I will make sure that foundation systems of Michigan gets spread out. To every. Friend and family that.I know for the rest of my life

We had an absolute mess of a basement and crawlspace. After having several estimators come out, it was immediately clear that FSM was the right choice. Don was incredibly informative and helpful. He didn’t just teach me about their products—he gave me general knowledge that was genuinely valuable as a homeowner. He always answered my calls and texts, no matter the question, and offered guidance on anything basement-related. I can’t say enough kind things about him. The crew that did our basement—Jakob W., Denzel K., William H., and Eloy M.— worked HARD. Not only were they all respectful, but they put in at least 10 hours a day for four days straight to get our basement in order. Jakob maintained excellent communication the entire time. At the end of each day, he walked me through the progress and patiently answered my million questions with thoughtfulness and care. He even helped me move the water heater up the final step I couldn’t manage—and he and another team member carried it back down for me afterward. We will absolutely be calling FSM again for anything basement or foundation-related—and we’ll be asking for Jakob and his team specifically. I’m so grateful for their hard work, passion, and the consideration they brought to this project. Thank you to everyone involved—truly, a thousand times over!
