Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle M. Who did an assessment of our water drainage problems. It was a great relief to have a person who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, unlike others I have dealt with recently. His forthrightness, and good communication skills without being pushy was much appreciated. Our dog gave him the paws up and kisses as well, adding to the good vibes. I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and looking out for the customer, I highly recommend asking for Michael.

Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.
