They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

He noticed an insulation issue and wrote a quote which we cannot take advantage of at this time. I know that the workers compensation is based on a five star rating however I did not need to keep being asked about whether they earned a five star rating. We scheduled an appointment on the phone and throughout the scheduling process, the Groundworks team was very informative and communicative. Rich was my waterproofing expert and he was very friendly and professional. During the process he did an inspection and then presented the solutions while explaining the causes and the remedies for any and all issues. The cost is quite high but but there are financing options and it is a permanent waterproofing system. I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for a waterproof home.

I met Brian Maike in August when he came to talk to me about the Aquastop Perimeter Drain System. A friend had already had 3 estimates on her basement and when Brian gave me the cost, it was a little lower and what sold me is the lifetime warranty on the home. David and his crew came out early on a Monday (Dom & Matt) and did a fantastic job making sure the dust from removal of the cement was taken care of and cleaned up afterwards. I noticed the musty smell which was causing mold was taken care of. After 2 inspections by my city, they returned on a Friday to cement the trench. (Eric instead of Matt this time.). They did a great job again carrying all the buckets of cement and again a great clean up job. I’ve already passed along their info because of the great job done by all 5 of them. Brian was very helpful with answering all my questions before, during and at the end of the job.

We have had our house piered multiple times and each time FSM has delivered a professional, hard working, and highly qualified crew to do the job. The last 2 times it was the great crew of Javier, Austin and Joe.. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with their work. We haven't had the greatest luck with contractors but that does not apply to FSM…. they have worked hard to deliver true customer satisfaction and set a very high bar for our dealings with other folks. FSM is great!

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative.
