From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.

FSM did a wall stabilization project in my basement today. Jonah H., Logan D. and Bryant D. were the FSM crew that did the work. They installed galvanized steel braces. They did all the work in a few hours, protected the items in my basement and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job! Thanks!

The instalation team was on time and explained everything in detail. I was told by the office it would take 2 days for the instalation but when the team got here they told me it possibly would only take a day. They were quick and made sure clean up was better then when they got here.

Looking forward to getting this service done. Ian came by for estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, and he helped us decide that this is the direction we should go. He explained the product and the process very well so when he left we had no questions as to what we should expect… So far so good. My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

Richard Z, Shawn E, and Sabastian M were fantastic! They were very polite, professional and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

Tim H. did a thorough job servicing the sump system and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He also inspected the area in the crawlspace underneath where I noticed some differences in the floor. He found a couple issues and gave me a list of suggestions and prices if I decided to repair. Even took the time to say Hi to one of my anxious dogs which goes a long way with her socialization. Great experience
