John and Jerrid both were super helpful. They gave us plenty of information and even answered the questioned we thought that they would laugh at. 😃 They told us what they would fix and do personally. We felt very understood with our concerns. Loved working with them to set up our appointment time. HUGE PLUS in our eyes they didn't sit at our home until 1030pm forcing us to buy.

The install crew operated like a well oiled machine. It was impressive to watch them work. Marco M., Mario S., Josh H., and Cortez Y. Took extra care to minimize the dust and dirt in the house. I was expecting the dust and dirt but they went out of their way to covered things that I missed! I was very impressed by that. This is not an easy job hauling concrete up and down the stairs and they did it with grace.We had a miscommunication with the sales department and they really should fix the language in the contract to be more specific on how much drywall that needs to be removed “as needed” is much too vague when verbal instructions were provided and not correct but the crew got their manager on the phone, and we came up with a work around to save the job. Honestly Marco and Dan turned it around and saved us from having to reschedule. They were very respectful, worked quickly and I would definitely recommend them for install.

I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. Thank You to the following guys for being professional and staying late. They had a positive attitude even when their truck would not come out of park for 40 minutes. They stayed late the first night to get as much done as possible. The Foreman came back the next day with a different crew with the same positive energy. They did an excellent job fixing our basement . Bryant D, Jacob V, Harold, Brandon W and Stephen Cole.

This 5-star review is only a reflection of Jacob and his crew, including Cameron, and the job they did. We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. The crew did an awesome job and it was great working with Jacob on this. They were very professional and did the best they could on the days of a skeleton crew. If working with FSM, I would highly suggest requesting Jacob for your job. However, the scheduling and prioritization of jobs is something that needs significant improvement. Our project was supposed to be done within 4 days and it lasted 6 because 2 days were skeleton crews and 1 day was a no show due to another project. It felt like other projects or service related visits were prioritized over our project. Wish they could have been honest with us or pushed our project to a different week so it could have been prioritized.

Chris Peplinski came out and gave us a fair and honest estimate on fixing our foundation. Alex and crew arrived and installed helical piers to shore up our foundation and you couldn’t tell they were even here. Everything from the first call to the install was top notch! Highly Recommend!

Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.
