Dan just did my yearly inspection and he was very professional, prompt and thoughtful! He called to tell me when he would arrive, he put on shoe covers without me asking and quickly got to work. He walked around the outside of my house and pointed out a problem with my porch, no other service technician has ever walked around the outside of my home. I hope Dan continues to be the guy that does my inspection. Great experience!

Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

We just had the best experience with Alex! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Its hard to find a company that truly cares and backs their work up. Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

When we had FSM do the basement at our house in Warren, Brian Maike and his team were outstanding. I wish everyone I did business with was as polite and professional. When the city inspector came out, he told me: “I will inspect the work because it’s my job. But from experience I can tell you before I begin FSM has done everything as it should be done.” He took me through the inspection and the key points that substantiated his claim. When my daughter was recently considering the purchase of a home, her realtor pointed out FSM had waterproofed the basement. That was a contributing factor in her decision to purchase the home.
