They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.

Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. We seen a difference on the level of our floor as they worked it. They shown us pictures of the work underneath in our crawl space and what it took to achieve the results.
