Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Dan just did my yearly inspection and he was very professional, prompt and thoughtful! He called to tell me when he would arrive, he put on shoe covers without me asking and quickly got to work. He walked around the outside of my house and pointed out a problem with my porch, no other service technician has ever walked around the outside of my home. I hope Dan continues to be the guy that does my inspection. Great experience!

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. The FSM team did a great job of installing AquaStop WallSeal in our basement and attaching it to our sump pump system. Jacob Se, Martin H, Decovon S, Alex K and DeWayne L were competent and friendly. They walked us through what they were going to do and even put back our dryer without us asking.
