I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

I want to thank Richard and his crew, Sebastian, Martin and Shawn for a job well done. You and your crew went above and beyond to work through the hurdles we discovered along the way, including the weather. Everyone was professional, polite, hard working and put the customer first. Thank you all for a job well done and for helping me understand everything through the process. They also, took photos of each stage and Richard explained the details every step of the way. John came to my house to perform the yearly maintenance on the sump pumps and to ensure that the work completed three years ago is still in good condition. Everything checked out well. He was very respectful, professional, and thorough during the visit. I’m very happy that I chose this company for my basement waterproofing. Hopefully everything continues to work well for many years, but it’s reassuring to know they maintain the same level of professionalism if anything ever needs attention in the future.

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative. Foundation is truly blessed to have him as an employee. He is an undeniable asset to the company. I encourage anyone with questions to request him specifically!

FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.

We had FSM treat our house a few years ago. Have noticed moisture on basement wall. I called & within 2 days they sent Greg Bieniasz out. He was friendly & professional. Went over issue, checked pumps & humidity levels. Checked all around outside of house. Things are ok. Thank You for Piece of Mind. I would highly recommend FSM to protect your Home. Thank You.
