Matt and his crew came to our home to sister a floor joist and install some blocks. They were on time, and they had the skills, tools, and materials for the job. They did skilled work and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Matt's communication with us and his crew was top-notch. He called along the way to give us their arrival time. He explained to his crew what they needed to do and everything went as explained. His communication with us was clear and helpful. We highly recommend Matt and his crew for a job well done and would welcome them back without a doubt.

He used some state of the art tools to collect the necessary data to provide me with a few options to choose from. He was super friendly and didn’t “push” his products or services. I would highly recommend FSM for your basement needs.

We had an older barn that flooded whith heavy rain or melting snow, creating a massive mess and making it unusable for our equine. We researched, read reviews and finally settled on Groundworks out of Traverse City. On the project, the team was timely, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered our questions and patiently explained everything. We had wood fencing along the barn and they were able to waterproof the foundation and dig French drains without moving it. They even took the time to spread the extra dirt out in our pasture! We want to give a huge shout out to Ethan Harvey, Jonah Hamilton, Richard Smith and Thomas Brown who worked so hard on our project. Really stellar guys and a joy to have on our property! Instead of dreading the next heavy rain, we now welcome it because we know our barn will stay dry!

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan. Great follow up after initial call. Inspector showed up at date and time promised, follow up later for any questions. Quote was fair and included things others uncharged for. Matt K., Robert W. And Elijah M. did a great job. They showed up first thing and got the job done. They went above and beyond with cleaning crawl space. They were polite and professional and when the job was done, took time to show me what they had done and explain equipment. Would use again!
