We had our 1st appointment with Foundation System of Michigan today. The representative who came to our house was Dylan Gauld. We felt immediately comfortable with Dylan and his professional mannerism. Dylan took the time to explain to us what his company could do to help repair our basement from water damage. He did not pressure us but instead gave us different options and really listened to what we wanted to do. Dylan for sure made the process easier and gave us a peace of mind

Jason R and Jordan B. did a great job today. They were very thorough and offered to extend my warranty for five years from today since I had problems with their quality of work originally. I did not expect that, but that really made a difference plus them getting the job done correctly today. These guys were excellent and did an amazing job with lifting & leveling, a professional looking saw-cut to prep and then filll the cracks.

I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I would definitely call them back for future help! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for sure👍

He took the time to explain the issues clearly and helped us understand our options for repairs. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his guidance and honesty. Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.

We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!
