My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative. Jason was very thorough and explained in lamens terms the problem, how to replace for a decent expected rate or how to repair for much less. Absolutely professional yet down to earth guy. Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated

Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.
