I would just like to take a moment to say how impressed we are with our agent, Christopher Filbrik. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He took the time to thoroughly assess our home both inside and out and explain our foundation problem in detail. In the end, he offered a solution and timeline for a permanent repair. We would not hesitate to use Groundworks or work with Christopher again in the future. (Impressed!)

Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.

Just completed my consultation for a crawl space encapsulation and driveway leveling with Charles C. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Charles is a true professional- knowledgeable, great communicator, and very patient. Because of Charles, I feel confident in my understanding of the state of my crawl space and driveway and, to my genuine surprise as a first time home owner, I feel confident in understanding the work that is to be done and why to do it. Charles’s experience as a crew member and as a consultant is invaluable. Would love to write again once the work is done, I have a feeling this team will continue to be phenomenal!

They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! Jason R came over to my house from FSM, for routine yearly maintenance. He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done.
