Richard Z, Shawn E, and Sabastian M were fantastic! They were very polite, professional and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan. We definitely useFSM for our needs and services!

The sales rep, Alan, was very professional, earnest, knowledgeable, and aided me throughout the process. The crew assigned to me, Gerson M, Luis S, Mike, and Teddy S, showcased tremendous skill, speed, and work ethic. They were also very accommodating. I was impressed when I saw that they had taken care of some smaller things that really weren’t their responsibilities. If you have a job done by Groundworks (previously FSM) and Gerson, Luis, Mike, and Teddy show up at your door, you will be taken care of.

Arrived on time, was very professional. Verified my sump pump, back-up system, overflow sensor and battery were operating properly. John Fulton then checked and verified the integrity of the floor cross-beams and exterior foundation walls / brick walls showed no signs of structural damage. Did not expect this additional inspection and it gave me confidence that no future concerns will arise.

He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.

We had Groundwork’s come out to install a new sub pump. The crew they sent out, Luis, Gerson and Carlos, were so polite, took the time to cover all flooring before working. They explained what they found with the old pump and what the new pump would do. I would give the experience a A+ rating.
