Michael was thorough, very informative, and broke it down so we could understand things better. He took the time to take his boots off each time he came into the house so he wouldn't leave snow all over the floor. FSM installed our sump pump, and we've not regretted their services yet.

We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. Jason R came over to my house from FSM, for routine yearly maintenance. He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. Not to mention he fixed one of our gutters and brought in the trash cans and recycle bin. I am one highly satisfied customer! Thank you Jason R and FSM.
