Phil P. and Jason R. came out to our house and did an excellent job. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

We just had our 1st appointment with Foundation System of Michigan today. The representative that came to our home was Dylan Gauld. Dylan made us feel comfortable from the 1st moment we meet him. Dylan took the time to review the waterproofing issues we had in our basement. He gave us options and listened to our needs and wants. He really made us feel comfortable with the process and put our minds to rest.

Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated
