Our consultant, Adam was knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. He was on time and explained everything in detail and with drawings. We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. The technicians were polite, courteous and very thorough. They addressed some new concerns. They took pictures as well as humidity readings of the crawl space. We agreed to additional work being done. This company has been reliable. Products are very good quality and their technicians are well trained to complete the work.

We just had the best experience with Alex! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Its hard to find a company that truly cares and backs their work up. Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. I have been very impressed with FSM for my foundation needs. Carter S. and Jamont Y-D were efficient, prompt and courteous. Respectful of my property. They explained the process thoroughly and did a final walk-through ensuring my satisfaction with the job. Jordan P. was great when he came to inspect and provide recommendations for my foundation. Answered my questions and provided detailed instructions regarding preparation of my patio for the work. Definitely recommend FSM for foundation needs.
