We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer

From first meeting Phil and discussing our foundation repair process and then the crew they sent to do the job, we have nothing but high praise. The job was not the simple project we thought and the crew worked through all the problems with determination to do the best job possible.
