I’ve been a customer of theirs for about eight years now. When they installed my New sub pump. They have been very thorough, respectful, polite, and professional. Every time they’ve come out to do service checks since the install. You get what you pay for and they have definitely earned their cost to me. I would highly recommend them. Today a great Technician, Haytham, came out to my house and he was exactly as I described above. I can also say he was a great guest in my house I enjoyed talking with. From first meeting Phil and discussing our foundation repair process and then the crew they sent to do the job, we have nothing but high praise. The job was not the simple project we thought and the crew worked through all the problems with determination to do the best job possible. Our thanks to Logan Rosas (foreman), Darius Currie, Isaac R, Aaron R, and Dave H for all their hard work. Instead of the one week they planned it extended into nearly five weeks of headaches! Teddy, Luis and Gerson are definitely the “A” team! They were on time, worked extremely hard, continued to keep me updated throughout the day, and cleaned up when they were done. Not only did they repair elements of prior work that was done improperly, but they also discovered and then repaired other improperly done installments. I have been with FSM (now Groundworks) for many many years. This team is certainly one of- if not THE best team I have ever had service my basement.
