Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

I had a drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier installed in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the crew. Justin, Joshua, and Darryl were fantastic—professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. They made sure not to disturb me while I worked from home and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. And a big shoutout to my salesman, John—he was the best! Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

We hired FSM to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM for any of your foundation work!

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer
