Jakob and his team (Alex, Nicholas and Junior) were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of a basement foundation drain in my home yesterday. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are competitive, their workmanship outstanding, and their overall objective is a satisfied customer WHICH I AM AGAIN!!! Give FSM and ADDITIONAL STAR!!! THANKS GUYS!!! THANKS FSM!!! Dan just did my yearly inspection and he was very professional, prompt and thoughtful! He called to tell me when he would arrive, he put on shoe covers without me asking and quickly got to work. He walked around the outside of my house and pointed out a problem with my porch, no other service technician has ever walked around the outside of my home. I hope Dan continues to be the guy that does my inspection. Great experience!

From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.

i am a senior citizen who actually lives in the Walled Lake area. also live in a condominium community. i was experiencing flooding and sub pump issues in my basement and of course Mangement co. and association did not want to help me. Fourtanelly a fellow named Dave came to the condo and was so patient and helpful in making me understand and decide what was needed to fix the problems . i was totally surprised by the workers that came to fix the problems they were such hard workers, and they had to go up and down about 25 stairs carrying gravel and cement along with equipment they needed to use.Miguel,Jose,and Juilan were the hardest workers i have ever seen. they even ate their lunch in the truck. they were professional,knowledgeable,polite and kind. i highly recommend this co.
