We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. This 5-star review is only a reflection of Jacob and his crew, including Cameron, and the job they did. We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. The crew did an awesome job and it was great working with Jacob on this. They were very professional and did the best they could on the days of a skeleton crew. If working with FSM, I would highly suggest requesting Jacob for your job. However, the scheduling and prioritization of jobs is something that needs significant improvement. Our project was supposed to be done within 4 days and it lasted 6 because 2 days were skeleton crews and 1 day was a no show due to another project. It felt like other projects or service related visits were prioritized over our project. Wish they could have been honest with us or pushed our project to a different week so it could have been prioritized.

I would highly recommend FSM! Miguel and his crew, JasmanY V, and Jose V were polite, hard working, and efficient workers. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. The worksite was all clean when they left. Job well done!

We scheduled with FSM for an inspection of our crawl space to get help with understanding what we could do to clean and seal it up. Our inspector was John Eldon. John is tasked with the unpleasant job of crawling through some dirty, cramped spaces and he definitely approached ours with good humor and a professional attitude. He put us at ease and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and concerns. There was NO hard sell or pressure to sign. We did contract with FSM to do the job and feel very comfortable with the process so far. They followed up as promised with scheduling. We're hoping to follow up with a positive review after the job is done. Thank you, John!
