John Weidenbach was our inspector for basement waterproofing. We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved. He was the best with communication and going the extra mile for EVERYTHING. Definitely would recommend.

Their team (Richard Z, Shawn E and Sebastian M)were very prompted and thorough. They called ahead before they came and introduced themselves, plus explained the work to be performed. We seen a difference on the level of our floor as they worked it. They shown us pictures of the work underneath in our crawl space and what it took to achieve the results. We are pleased so far and would recommend them to others.

Had Groundworks add on to a previous waterproofing system I had installed. The team they sent (Matt M., Sabastian M., and Martin H.) was great! They communicated when they would arrive, provided progress updated on the work, and completed a professional installation quickly. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up the space afterward. This is the third installation I've had this company do, and all three times they've done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

We're had a really great experience and are glad to be using them. We had work done through another company a few years ago, which is not holding up well. (Our basement continues to smell musty sometimes.) We really liked the ability to schedule the appointment online and couldn't have asked for a better consultation with Keenan. We've been very pleased with the correspondences ahead of the work such as receiving the plans and permits. It's a lot of money to drop on something that isn't vital at the moment, but fully trust that these guys will get it done right and stand by their work.

Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.

Getting a crawlspace inspection and estimate from FSM was the best contractor experience I've had in years. Eric T was on time, super detailed, and very honest about what was versus wasn't needed. Highly recommend, and with what I've seen so far I expect the project to be a breeze.

This crew did an outstanding job. The members were Steven c, Matt f, Justin p, Isaiah f. Our basement transformation was day and night. We had had issues with the basement being damp moisture ridden. After they finished our basement look like brand new, smelled great. There was no hint of moisture in the air. I look forward to using the basement for many years to come. Would recommend this to friends and family.

Groundworks installed a discharge line for my sump pump outside. These four guys did a fantastic job. Richard S ,Shawn E, Sebastian M , and Moses M. They were very polite young men they answered all my questions I had. They moved Swift and very efficient. They were organized and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!
