Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! FSM was recommended to me for basement waterproofing. Joe came out to do a very thorough inspection and I was very impressed by his knowledge and level of detail during the walk through. By the time he left I had a very clear picture of the condition of my basement and the areas where water has affected my 80+ year old home.

Working with Dan Heath was excellent. He came, assessed our issue and sat down to go over his findings. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and showed us what set FSM apart from other companies. He went through everything in great detail on how to prepare and set up for crew to come in and work. I also want to point out how nice and enthusiastic the crew was. They worked a very hard, long day and were polite and kind the whole day despite the cold temperatures. I have already recommended the company to others as we are very satisfied with the process from initial assessment to completed work.

FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!
