Started with field inspector Andy, no high pressure tactics to sign a contract. The laborers, Miguel, Noel and Michael were excellent. Worked non stop, completed the work in less than a day and a half. Very satisfied

Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

We are extremely happy! We knew exactly when they would arrive, on arrival the supervisor informed us of their procedures what they would be doing while the other workers were getting things ready. Floor protection was laid down, dust control screens were put up, and they also used an air scrubber to keep the area clean . Junior, Trent and Benson were very professional! They kept us informed on their progress and at or near the end showed us their work and made sure we were happy. We were thrilled! We obviously would highly recommend them!

Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.

My home and driveway were left in nicer, cleaner condition than when they arrived and the work was completed very quickly. 10/10 would hire again.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

The crew arrived promptly this morning led by Hunter the Foreman and crew members Dalton and Dawson. They covered the walls and floors leading to the crawl and were extremely neat and conscientious. They answered our questions, showed and explained the results of their skillful work, all delivered exactly as contracted. They cleaned up the crawl floor, even areas we had on our “to do list”! SO IMPRESSED! We must include Zachary, our Sales Rep, who developed the solution initially, came out a week beforehand at our request to make sure we had prepared the exterior as needed. HIGHLY recommend FSM, now Groundworks of Traverse City.

Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.
