I'm a contractor for the owner and Joe taught me things that I didn't even know about the foundation of this lake house his videos were very informative on how you compact dirt to lift up concrete it was freaking amazing and Joe is so approachable he's making me think that I should work for you guys! We're getting the work done we're finding out what our dates are next week you need to keep this guy

We just had our 1st appointment with Foundation System of Michigan today. The representative that came to our home was Dylan Gauld. Dylan made us feel comfortable from the 1st moment we meet him. Dylan took the time to review the waterproofing issues we had in our basement. He gave us options and listened to our needs and wants. He really made us feel comfortable with the process and put our minds to rest.

Great follow up after initial call. Inspector showed up at date and time promised, follow up later for any questions. Quote was fair and included things others uncharged for. Matt K., Robert W. And Elijah M. did a great job. They showed up first thing and got the job done. They went above and beyond with cleaning crawl space. They were polite and professional and when the job was done, took time to show me what they had done and explain equipment. Would use again!

Clay came and did an exceptional and very thorough inspection of our foundation, basement, and crawl space. In fact, it was the most thorough evaluation I’ve experienced. (My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with evaluations and work done by other companies.) Clay was respectful and genuinely cared about our experience. He wasn’t pushy AT ALL. Also, he took the time to answer our endless questions. He never rushed us. We never felt that we were a burden or had a stupid question. He took the time to show us pictures and measurements to back up his analysis and recommendations. If you have foundation, basement, or crawl space concerns, contact Foundation Systems of Michigan and ask for our “house doctor” Clay!

Julie came out and first looked at and checked how the Sump Pump wasn't working efficiently. Then suggested a newer more efficient sump pump. She was thorough and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time and was patient and answered my questions. Also, Maxwell came out to lend a hand and he too was very kind and helpful. Groundworks just finished a project at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the work this crew did. Hunter K, Teddy F, and River C were very respectful of my property and made sure I was happy when they finished. They went the extra mile to clean up completely when done. This was my fourth project with FSM/Groundworks and I’ve had a good experience each time. I feel they have genuine people across the board and work to take care of your issues.
