Highly recommend FSM, organized quoting and coordination before work began. Jason and Chad did the work and were excellent, thorough, didn't rush and checked in with me often to make sure the work was what I expected. Very happy with the result leveling driveway concrete going into our garage.

m not sure where to start. Our project was big. Tons of water issues with all the snow melt and rain. We have only lived in the house for a year. Reached out to FSM and had a great experience with Adam. Came out the same day and gave us a quote. He didn't pressure us and was straight forward. Fast forward to a week ago. Junior and his team came out and from the beginning I knew we would be taken care of. He walked us through everything. The process, the products, he answered any questions we had and went above and beyond. The entire time they were here they never stopped going above and beyond. They worked their butts off everyday they were here and some days put in well over 12 hours to get it done. Junior made sure to keep us in the loop and managed his team to where things were clean throughout the job. Everything was planned throughout the project day by day and I cant tell you the relief I felt after weeks of uncertainty. I cannot talk this team up enough. We consider them good friends after this experience and if you consider another company I would tell you to SERIOUSLY reconsider. Thank you FSM and a HUGE thanks to Junior, Trent, Chase!!! You guys are the real deal!!

We hired FSM to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM for any of your foundation work!

John Terry was fantastic! We've over what he was doing to make sure we understood everything and or if any questions. We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. We will for sure b having additional work done in the future to keep our home safe and secure and will use FSM due to ppl like John. Ty again for the great service. Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. This was my second experience with them. The first waterproofing of an industrial building works perfectly for years now. We used to have massive floods after heavy summer rains. No more flooding! This time they did structural work to my home. They installed helical piers under a section that had no foundation. They added a beam across to support the piers and replaced rotted wood that they came across, as well. In the basement they installed waterproofing membrane and vertical steel beams along the wall. Looks good, we shall see if it stands the test of time.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!!
