Andy Hess arrived, was incredibly professional and took a good 30 – 40 mins inspecting the basement. I’m not someone who knows a lot about how my home functions. He sat with me until he was sure I understood each different offer. While it’s still an expensive project, I do feel that I’m in good hands.
