The instalation team was on time and explained everything in detail. I was told by the office it would take 2 days for the instalation but when the team got here they told me it possibly would only take a day. They were quick and made sure clean up was better then when they got here.

John W. was honestly the best! He’s the inspector I needed from the start. I’m a first time homeowner so the questions were flying and a lot was learned. He’s truly passionate on what he does. Felt like I was on a field trip at my own house. Took so much time educating, making sure I fully understood the situation. Not your average tech trying to sell you what you don’t need. A++ quality and he’s definitely a number I’d put down in my books!

My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!
