I would like to give a shout out to Shane Shaffer, one of FSM field inspectors. Let me tell you!! This guy made sure I understood the product and the process. He kept me informed before arriving to my house and afterwards. To Shane’s manager, he is an excellent representation of FSM. Excellent job!!!

I already submitted a rating and short evaluation but the work was finished in two stages because of a missed communication on leakage from the base of a chimney. The oversight was quickly remedied and the additional work was neatly finished.

John came to do an inspection of our water proofed basement. He called on his way and was on time. He worked efficiently and was able to show me pictures of his outcomes. He noticed an insulation issue and wrote a quote which we cannot take advantage of at this time. My husband scheduled an appointment for John to come and look at our crawl space for maintenance in the spring. We'll done,John.
