Just have to say, in what could be one of the worst situations to find yourself, this process was made so much easier with the help of our awesome inspector Rana! She was beyond helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to try and make everything work out for us. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in great detail. She reviewed all our options and worked tirelessly with us to find the best possible solution. Not once did she ever make us feel that we were putting her out or wasting her time with our endless questions. Rana, you are the best!

Tim H. did a thorough job servicing the sump system and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He also inspected the area in the crawlspace underneath where I noticed some differences in the floor. He found a couple issues and gave me a list of suggestions and prices if I decided to repair. Even took the time to say Hi to one of my anxious dogs which goes a long way with her socialization. Great experience

Groundworks is a great company! They leveled our driveway last year, and it’s held up very well. They recently came out for a complimentary follow-up inspection, which gave us real peace of mind. Mike was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. He thoroughly explained the inspection process, answered all of our questions, and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on moving forward. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire experience easy and reassuring. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for reliable foundation or concrete leveling services!

We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. During the ice storm of 2025, I lost power for eight days. FSM had encapsulated my Crawl Space August 2024. During the power outage, the crawlspace filled with approximately 18 inches of water. I just had Cameron P out to make sure everything is up and running. He checked the battery, the dehumidifier and the sump pumps. All is well! Highly recommended! Cameron was very knowledgeable, very personable and thorough. Two 👍👍
