Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!

I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I would definitely call them back for future help! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for sure👍

Looking forward to getting this service done. Ian came by for estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, and he helped us decide that this is the direction we should go. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

Fsm workers came out to lift my sidewalk and driveway slabs because the city of Hazel park is incompetent. The workers from Fsm were great in every aspect. Punctual, polite and worked quickly producing amazing work. And muck more. The people who did the work, Jason R. and Jordan B. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfactory.
