From beginning to end, Foundation Systems of Michigan was amazing. The salesman was honest, informative, personable, and truly a joy to work with. Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience. They handled everything from obtaining permits to thoroughly cleaning up afterward making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Foundation Systems of Michigan.

The work was done to my satisfaction. The workers were efficient and kept the house clean. I know that the workers compensation is based on a five star rating however I did not need to keep being asked about whether they earned a five star rating. I would prefer that they ask if I’m satisfied with the job that they’re doing

Jacob, Steven and Issac were absolutely fabulous 👌. They communicated well for arrivals, time of the work, and progress along the way. They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

I want to thank Richard and his crew, Sebastian, Martin and Shawn for a job well done. You and your crew went above and beyond to work through the hurdles we discovered along the way, including the weather. Everyone was professional, polite, hard working and put the customer first. Thank you all for a job well done and for helping me understand everything through the process. They also, took photos of each stage and Richard explained the details every step of the way. We had Groundwork’s come out to install a new sub pump. The crew they sent out, Luis, Gerson and Carlos, were so polite, took the time to cover all flooring before working. They explained what they found with the old pump and what the new pump would do. I would give the experience a A+ rating.

FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.
