Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

Dan just did my yearly inspection and he was very professional, prompt and thoughtful! He called to tell me when he would arrive, he put on shoe covers without me asking and quickly got to work. He walked around the outside of my house and pointed out a problem with my porch, no other service technician has ever walked around the outside of my home. I hope Dan continues to be the guy that does my inspection. Great experience!

Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.

By far the best and hardest working crew that I have seen. Luis , Gustavo, and Gerson did an amazing job on repairing my basement wall that was leaking . I could not have ask for a better crew working on my project. John was my sales manager and he also went above and beyond anytime, I had questions he would answer right away. Not only were they professional, kind with an excellent work ethic but they did a superb job on the project. Tim was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had no problems with the work Groundwork’s did in waterproofing my basement since it was done 2 years ago. Was used to getting water coming through the walls every spring but no more. Tim checked thing over and made several recommendations!
