We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. They were incredibly professional and just a genuinely pleasant group to be around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

Jakob and his team (Alex, Nicholas and Junior) were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of a basement foundation drain in my home yesterday. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are competitive, their workmanship outstanding, and their overall objective is a satisfied customer WHICH I AM AGAIN!!! Give FSM and ADDITIONAL STAR!!! THANKS GUYS!!! THANKS FSM!!! John Terry was fantastic! We've over what he was doing to make sure we understood everything and or if any questions. We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. We will for sure b having additional work done in the future to keep our home safe and secure and will use FSM due to ppl like John. Ty again for the great service. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Joseph did an amazing job providing the estimate, problem and solution for our crawl foundation, which was in terrible condition. The amount of detail provided gave us the confidence to sign up. Jacob and Steven did an amazing job renovating the space. We immediately noticed the improvement in the leveling of the floor. They were professional, hardworking, and very kind. I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

He treated us like we were his own family even though he does have the same last name than us. We’ve never met him before he is so awesome.
