I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

Joseph did an amazing job providing the estimate, problem and solution for our crawl foundation, which was in terrible condition. The amount of detail provided gave us the confidence to sign up. Jacob and Steven did an amazing job renovating the space. We immediately noticed the improvement in the leveling of the floor. They were professional, hardworking, and very kind. It was a great experience working with Groundworks professionals!

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! We had our 1st appointment with Foundation System of Michigan today. The representative who came to our house was Dylan Gauld. We felt immediately comfortable with Dylan and his professional mannerism. Dylan took the time to explain to us what his company could do to help repair our basement from water damage. He did not pressure us but instead gave us different options and really listened to what we wanted to do. Dylan for sure made the process easier and gave us a peace of mind

Shane came to our house and explained the entire process for foundation stabilization and what to expect when the work was done. Steve, Austin, and Q arrived about 9 am on the day the work was to be done. They explained what they would do and went right to work. They worked quickly but made sure they took the time to answer all my questions about what they were doing. They were mindful of my property and protected my grass and plants. They finished about 1:30 pm. Having completed my garage foundation stabilization, they completely cleaned up and left my yard looking just as it had when they arrived. These guys were great. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Thanks guys.

Alex, Marcus and Josue were efficient, professional, and quite enjoyable to work with. They worked around my landscaping, had great attitudes, paid attention to detail, informed us of what was going on, what to expect next and how to finish the project. Nothing rattled them. They were patient, and very good at their jobs. Alex was foreman on our job and was very patient and kind. We needed that attitude and it went a long way in not making us feel in the way, or a bother to them. Thank you for that! Now let the polyfoam fun begin next. Thanks guys!
