Rock ‘n’ roll Joe was so informative. I cannot believe how thorough this man is. Stayed here for three hours and found a not such a small problem but not such a big problem either and made me understand why it’s a problem with my house having a bad foundation situation I will recommend him to everybody.

My basement flooded and Groundworks didn't have any immediate openings. However, they went above and beyond by getting Bryan Doyle to come to my house and his day off to install temporary sump pumps. I was very pleased that my basement was drained and stayed dry until the full crew could come out a week later. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!!!!!

We had our 1st appointment with Foundation System of Michigan today. The representative who came to our house was Dylan Gauld. We felt immediately comfortable with Dylan and his professional mannerism. Dylan took the time to explain to us what his company could do to help repair our basement from water damage. He did not pressure us but instead gave us different options and really listened to what we wanted to do. Dylan for sure made the process easier and gave us a peace of mind

The job and crew was great. We worked with Dennis consultation and the crew Daniel S., Riley G and Nicholas S for the job. They were wonderful with the work and communication throughout the process. It looks great and now the basement is waterproofed and ready to be finished. The walls are fully supported and will last for many years to come. Thanks again guys!

I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!
