I am selling my house. The buyer has asked me to address a sump pump drainage issue on the side of my house.

Greenlawn St in Ypsilanti
Water is slowly constantly leaking onto the support walls (buttresses?) in the basement. Also, the cinderblocks of those support walls have many tiny holes that leak lots of water onto the floor when it rains.

****o! My house was built late 1800's and has a cement floor in the basement. Over the years, the hot water tank flooded the basement, cats have been peeing on the floor...I would really like it cleaned and sealed with some sort of aesthetically pleasing epoxy (or what ever you use). I'm not going to finish the basement, but would like it to look better and of course the most important issue is keeping it odor and moisture free. Thanks!

I have a small home built in 1950, and some of the floors are sagging a little, and one of my doors doesn't latch correctly anymore. I've been under there before, for a small water leak on a line going to my refrigerator, which I don't currently use, and I'd like to have removed, and just cleaned up in general of possible.

Dartmouth Ct in Ypsilanti
I have an old sump pump that is working more slowly--there may be a leak at the pump output--with an outlet pipe that is cracked and leaking. It worries us a good deal especially with the increasing rainfall we're getting.

We are doing major renovation to a house in VanBuren Township. The house was built in several sections, some slab, some crawl and a small part basement. the foundation around the crawl is below grade. As the renovations progress I am concerned that we do not have a plan to address the dampness in the crawl space or appropriate ventilation. We are in need of insight from crawl space professionals.
