****o, I have a leaky garage. When it snows and the snow melts, the moisture seeps in through the cinderblock/mortar at the base of the wall. This is the only time it has moisture - otherwise it stays dry even with several inches of rain. I'm interested in finding out what waterproofing those cinderblocks would cost and what options are available. Thank you!

HI Tim and Karol Haring referred us to your company. We would like to get an estimate on fixing our basement from flooding. Some background information - House was built in 2006 - We moved in 2009 - the property has a lot of clay - our basement is finished off with a family room, den, bedroom, and full bathroom. - Since 2009 we have had 4 floods in our basement. Most recent flood was 10/23/2020. - After the second flood we pulled all the carpet/pad out of the basement and just painted the concrete and used area rugs - The water appears to come in the South East corner of the house between the slab and the wall. - we also have noticed water seeping up through the concrete slab. maybe some sort of hydrostatic pressure occurring. Please let us know when we can setup an appointment for you to come out and evaluate our situation provide a solution and estimate. Thank you Andy and Jodi Wolfe

E. Orchard Dr in Traverse City
Water coming into basement when heavy rains. Water is entering where block wall meets cement floor - outside surrounding house is all clay in our neighborhood. We aren’t sure if it’s all a grading issue of our yard or if the basement perhaps needs a drain system. Thank you!

Sheridan Rd in Traverse City
We are having some water come into the finished areas of our basement

East Shore Road, in Traverse City
We have a little water in our basement when it rains and the problem has been getting progressively worse over the last couple years. We had our crawl space at our old house done with FSM and we loved the outcome. Would love to see options for keeping water out of the basement.

Pine Dr in Traverse City
House built 3 years ago, fully poured concrete 40" crawlspace. So much rain that the water comes up from the ground, in to the crawlspace door. Looking for a sealed door. Floor also has two open spots in the floor, about 10"x10" each. One was for the electrical and water line from the water pump, the other was for a future sump pump. Probably need to seal both of those holes also. Thank you.
