I have a garage floor that is cracking really bad and failing because their is a cinder block room underneath. 1/2 of the garage floor has a open room underneath . I believe the garage floor was poured by the homeowners around 25-30 years ago. There is some cracking/separation in the cinder wall foundation as well. I would like to get two prices: option 1 cutting out the garage floor, Repairing the cinder block foundation walls, and then re-pouring the garage floor. Option two : cutting out the garage floor, supporting the outside foundation walls, filling in the room underneath, and then re-pouring the garage floor. Thanks. Chris

I am seeking a copy of the report that was done for this house on Friday at 1pm for Don Newhouse, who was a prospective buyer. I don't believe he will be purchasing the home, but I would like a copy of the report as I have someone else interested in the house and we would be ordering the repairs through you. If I can't get a copy of the report, I would like to schedule a new one, I just hate to waste Adam's time, to look at it a second time. Please contact me immediately as i was told the repairs on this house couldn't be scheduled until mod-May and I want to get something on the books. Thank you, Aaron
