Good Day, Do you have a solution for the gap between my house and the sidewalk on the side of my house and the gap between my house and my cement patio on the back of my house? I have chalked and tarred this year after year but it just does not hold up. I would like to know if you have a better and more permanent solution. Thank you!

Ive noticed water puddling up in the basement that seems to originate from our east wall. We have wood panneling on the wall however so i cant see the wall itself to see what the issue is. Ive also noticed that it seems to be coming from along the part of the wall where i think the support beam goes across the house. Is an estimate free?

Sump liner is collapsing inward. Reduced collection space which causes sump pump to short cycle. Liner should be replaced.

Riverwood Dr. in Sterling Heights
I have what I suspect might be a leak. Noticed it this morning coming from one of the walls in our basement. Our house is a quad level, so the basement is split and the wall it appears to be coming from not one of the outer walls per se, but the wall on which the levels are arrange around if that makes any sense. There was a pretty steady steam running off the wall to one of the drains. We just bought the house back in June of last year. It did have at one point a repair done to the foundation, but that repair was done a considerable distance away on an adjacent wall.
