Concerning Customer # 191757 WO-WTE
At this time I am exercising the revocation clause of the agreement. In readdressing the install date and the terms of the contract I regretfully cannot proceed and would like a refund of my deposit. I have not ruled your company out and We can readdress this next spring or summer when your company has an available time slot in warmer weather for the install. We will have to address some items in the terms of the contract that leave me uncomfortable and that defeat the reason for the foundation lifting. I look forward to working with you then.
If you have another email I need to send this revocation too please let me know before your company closes today.
If I do not here back on this or receive an alternate email to send this too I will consider the revocation as accepted.
To management; Dave did a great job on this but the contract is the deciding issue at hand.
Sincerely
Henry Parks

We recently had your waterproofing service in our basement. I was told you could provide a list of contractors that are familiar with your system now that we are ready to refinish the basement.

Water is coming in a corner of my finished basement when it rains. We have been in this house since 2006 and it is the very first we have ever had this problem. The wall where it is occurring is currently drywalled. On the outside of the house there is a hole in the ground next to the foundation in the area where the water is coming in.

****o - I had FSM come out a few years ago to encapsulate the crawl space at my house. Unfortunately, the entrance/door system that was installed is not keeping the water out of the crawl space, as there is a large puddle of water right at the entrance, despite the cover being in place after it rains. I believe there is a warranty on the work, and the musty wet smell is now permeating into the addition from the crawl space. I would like to speak with someone about getting someone out here to take a look. Thank you.

In our crawl space, there is a roughly 18 crack near the east vent that we would like filled.
I also noticed today that the west vent is actually bent open inward at one of the lower corners. Both the cover and mesh screen are damaged, creating about a 2" hole. I suspect a critter did the damage but I see no scat or other signs of current occupancy.
In addition, both crawl space vents are no more than .5" - 5" from the outside ground. There are signs of water entry but the space has always been very dry when I've entered it. Regardless, based on their height from the ground, it might be best to close then and consider alternative ventilation.
I'd love to have someone come out and provide a full recommendation so we can move forward with repairs.
Thank you,
T.J. Shannon

We’ve been experiencing some issues with leaks in our garden level basement walls and windows. We were able to resolve some of the leaks but there are still a few spots that are still leaking. We are primarily looking for advice on how to stop a leak that’s in the corner/joint of our foundation wall and above-grade wall (ground level), water seeping in around underground well window (with cover and drain), and dampness in the furnace room for which we cannot find the source. We’d also greatly appreciate it if you have suggestions on how to prevent future water issues in and around our house. Thank you!

We have water leaking out of the furnace chimney clean-out only when it rains. It has done this for years. It used to only be when we had a hard rain, but lately it seems to leak during more mild rain events as well. We recently had a chimney repair company look at the chimney, and they think there is a crack bottom of the chimney in the clean out box, and that is the source of the water. Since that is part of the foundation, they said they can't repair it. I therefore would like to get another opinion on the source of the water and if it can be fixed and how much it will cost. BTW, after the furnace was replaced last fall with a high efficiency furnace and a liner was installed in the chimney for the hot water heater, the leaking water has been less muddy. Not sure if that is a coincidence or an indication that the water is actually coming from higher up the chimney!? Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

I have one finished room in the basement and mold is appearing on the drywall and baseboards on two of the walls. Can't tell if there is a leak coming from the poured wall behind the drywall, however the carpet was damp at one point. Would need mold remediated and drywall (and carpet) safely removed. Could I have two separate quotes - one for the removal and another for fixing the potential leak. Would this require some of the drywall to be removed before that can be quoted? I work from home so I'm flexible as far as a time for inspection and quoting. I am the owner of my condo. Thanks!
