There are three things i would liked to get looked at. 1) i have a full bathroom that was built outside of the house foundation and had a small crawl space underneath; the floor is very cold in the winter months so I would like to get a quote for insulating it and anything else that may be suggested. 2) There is a thin, horizontal crack running in my wall in the basement. I believe there is a small amount of mold due to this. I would like guidance if this is something that NEEDS to be fixed, or SHOULD fixed, and a quote for this. 3) i have tried resealing my upstairs bathroom bathtub and I did not do it correctly. I would like to get that checked and redone because i believe it is allowing water through to the first floor (not certain).
