We have a shallow crawl space for a 440sf rental house we own that we are doing plumbing work in. The crawl space is probably accessing about 1/3 of the total square footage. There is plastic sheeting down there now but we want to get rid of that and put in something where our plumber and any other worker who goes down there can work safely. I'd like to get a quote on how much that would cost.

****o. I am looking for cost estimates on the best method to repair the uneven/sagging floors and possibly other support issues in our old home in Port Huron. Thank you.

Howard in Port Huron
When i get heavy rain i get water leaking through the front wall of my basement. i added some dirt to the area outside that i believe it is coming in through and also a downspout extension and that has alleviated a lot of the water leakage. The carpet has already been ripped up but the drywall is still up. I have mold from the first time it flooded. There is also a hole in the concrete floor i can see the dirt under my house. I run a dehumidifier and have to empty the bucket 3 times a day so moisture is a problem.
