*** Contact Us Submission *** I just want you to know that Jay, and your crew that you had here today did a great job. they took time to explain different things; what they were doing and how the system works. They left the site looking as it did when they got here; they were very neat and clean. Very polite and respectful. Good customer service is very hard to get these days; but I have to tell you this crew I had today was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and this crew to anyone that ask me about who I used.

I would like to get a quote for basement waterproofing. During the recent rain even in Mid Michigan, the water table was very high in the ground. My basement walls were seeping water near the floor. Only in 2017 and just now has the basement ever been wet. Other than that, it is dry.

Partridge Lane in Midland
Front wall of house is showing signs of bowing. This was inspected by your team in 2017. I am selling the home and would like an inspection and estimate for the wall anchor solution for the front of the house as well as a look around the rest of the basement walls for any additional concerns. I am living in Ohio but can provide access to the house and use facetime or another platform to chat with the estimator if I can't be present. Wall is still sound, no water leaks and no gaps to exterior. I know you guys are probably buried after to flooding in the area. Timing for estimate is for the sales transaction and negotiations. Work to be done after closing.

Pomranky Rd. in Midland
I already have had my crawl space done by you guys, however, due to the flooding in midland, my crawl space was completely under water. I would like to set up it being inspected and make sure everything is still good and the Humidifier that was also installed by you guys to be inspected, due to it being under water. I tried calling the phone number but only get a busy signal. Thank you.

leaky blocks in basement

Burlington in Midland
After the heavy rain-fall on Monday, May 18, our basement took in water. There was a carpet that absorbed most of it, and we threw it away during our clean-up on Tuesday. The water was seeping in from where the concrete block wall meets the floor. We have since cleaned our gutters, too. This was not water related to the high river crest. Rather, it was more related to heavy rainfall.

Meadow Lane in Midland
A section of my home is settling. Causing a sloping floor.

South Homer Road in Midland
south wall in basement leaks ever time it rains. drain tile around house was checked and told it is working. need basement dry

Hidden Ridge South in Midland
I have water in my basement. It seems to be sleeping in from the seam between the poured walls and slab, as well as between the cracks on the slab where it was poured. We live in a wet area and the ground has poor drainage, it seems. We primarily see water during periods of heavy rain, but I’m concerned this could become a more common issue.

Garland St in Midland
Recent heavy rain and am having water seeping in from foundation. This has only happened once before when there was heavy flooding in the area about 2 years ago.
