The address above is NOT the house with the issue. We are looking at a house to purchase - 5950 134th Ave, Hamilton, MI 49419. The basement is in good shape, including the floor. However, the basement ceiling is low, only about 6 feet, with a 9" steel beam that runs the length of it. The ceiling needs to be raised about 15"-18" and then the basement walls need to be filled in with blocks or poured concrete. The house is found at: What would be the estimated price be? Thanks!
